Tribunal complaint process

What complaints can the Tribunal deal with?

  • The Tribunal can only deal with complaints about decisions and conduct.

What complaints can't the Tribunal deal with?

  • The Tribunal cannot deal with matters that relate to the management of the fund as a whole, investment performance or employer decisions

Who can make a complaint?

  • Only people who have a direct relationship with the Fund, including members and beneficiaries.
