Tribunal Complaint Process
You must first complain in writing to your Superannuation Fund, following their complaints arrangements, which are usually set out on their website - if not contact your fund directly.
The Tribunal cannot deal with your complaint until you have complained to your fund.
A
sample complaint letter
is provided to help you. However, ensure that it complies with the requirements of the Fund's complaint procedure.
If, after you have made a complaint to your fund, you are not satisfied with the response or do not receive a response within 90 days, you can then lodge a complaint with the Tribunal.
