You can make your complaint online to lodge a complaint against a superannuation fund Trustee, a Retirement Savings Account (RSA) provider or a Life Company which has offered an annuity or provided insurance under a RSA.

If you have made your complaint and the fund has responded you can continue and make your complaint.
You will need:

Please have the following information handy to assist in completing the form:
- Your Fund details (your latest fund statement will contain the necessary information)
- Dates of any letters in relation to your complaint
- Contact details of any persons associated with the complaint
You will also be required to send some information to us by mail. The Tribunal will contact you and advise you of any additional requirements upon receipt of your complaint.
