AFCA is the new external dispute resolution scheme for financial services complaints, and it will start accepting complaints on 1 November 2018. (The Tribunal will deal with complaints accepted on or before 31 October 2018.)
Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
The ATO is the principal revenue collection agency of the Australian government, and it administers the major aspects of Australia's superannuation system. The ATO may be able to assist with information and complaints about an employer not paying the compulsory superannuation on your behalf, or about self-managed superannuation funds.

ASIC is Australia's corporate, markets and financial services regulator. ASIC may be able to assist with enquiries and complaints relating to consumer protection matters in securities, futures, life insurance, general insurance, deposit-taking activities and the supervision of superannuation funds.

Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA)
APRA is the national prudential regulator of banks, insurance companies, superannuation funds, credit unions, building societies and friendly societies and its responsibilities include ensuring that the institutions it regulates meet the promises they make to depositors, policy holders and superannuants.
